For safety and freshness reasons, tea purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Send:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer store credit or send a replacement.

We do not issue refunds, but we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Teaware & Accessories

Unused teaware and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
