Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Teaware & Accessories
Unused teaware and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
