  1. Domestic Shipping (USA)

    Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

    Free Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

    Processing Time: 1–3 business days

    We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Other carriers are not available for these addresses.

  2. International Shipping

    We do not ship internationally. 

  3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect address information.

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

    – The customer may request reshipment at their expense, or

    – We can issue store credit for the value of the items, excluding all shipping fees.

  4. Change of Delivery Address or Order Cancellation

    If you need to cancel or change your order (including delivery address), you must contact us within 20 minutes of placing the order. After this window, changes are no longer guaranteed as processing may have begun.

  5. Items Out of Stock

    If any item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the missing item(s). The rest of the order will be shipped as scheduled.

  6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the outer packaging and item(s) so we can assist with resolution.
